• Any personal expenses i.e. Laundry, Tips, And Phone calls etc.
• Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.
• Any surcharge applicable during your travel dates.
• No Porterage Included. You have to carry your luggage on your own to your room.
• 5% TCS* (If PAN & Aadhaar are not linked 10% TCS)

* (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 Lakhs in the same financial year)

Payment Policy

• Full Flight Fare for Booking Confirmation
• 50 % of Package Cost to Paid at the Time of Confirmation
• 50 % of Balance Cost to Paid Before 20 Days of Travel

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more prior to the departure Rs.10000
• 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
• 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
• Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
• FLIGHT Cancellation as per airlines Policy

• The rates are dynamic and subject to change without any prior notice.
• Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
• The confirmation is subject to availability.Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month.
• The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Base category rooms will be provided in our packages and higher rooms category will only be provided on request and the agent will bear the difference in cost.
• Flight changes and reschedule are completely as per airline rules.No cancellation or refund for low cost airlines.
• Extra luggage will be payable by the customer
• Tourism fee as per country guidelines are to be paid directly at hotel.
